Your financial institution has selected Generations Gold, Inc. a fully independent third party service provider, to provide travel and other discount services on an exclusive basis directly to Member Perks members. Your financial institution assumes no liability for any of the providers in fulfilling their services. All liabilities, claims, damages, and demands are the direct responsibility of Generations Gold, Inc., the benefits provider. Discounts received through Member Perks may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. All program benefits are not available in all areas. We reserve the right to refuse, refund or cancel a service request for any reason including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, errors in product, pricing, or any issues identified by our fraud detection activities. Generations Gold, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without notice should Generations Gold, Inc. detect any instances of membership abuse, any violations of the Terms and Conditions or any practices deemed unsavory by Generations Gold, Inc..

The participating listed merchants are in no way affiliated with Generations Gold, Inc., nor are the listed merchants to be considered sponsors or co-sponsors of this program. Use of merchant names and/or logos is by the permission of each respective merchant and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Terms and conditions are applied to gift cards/certificates. Please see the merchant gift card/certificate for additional terms and conditions, which are subject to change at merchant’s sole discretion.

Certain Member Perks membership benefits pertain to healthcare service discounts. Healthcare service discounts ARE NOT INSURANCE. You are required to pay for these services when rendered, however if you use a participating provider for these services you will receive a discount. Neither Member Perks, WellCard Health or the Discount Medical Plan Organization can or will pay any provider on your behalf. Delivery/Shipping Policy

Digital (eGift Card) Purchases. Most eGift Cards are delivered by email within an hour; however, you may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing/shipping address or credit card information. Use of the eGift Card constitutes acceptance of the providing merchant's Terms and Conditions which can be found on their websites.

Plastic Gift Cards and Movie Ticket Passes are mailed USPS 7-10 business days after receipt of order and payment.

Refund and Return Policies

Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method.

Digital (eGift Card) Purchases cannot be returned. All sales are final. If the eGift Card is deemed unacceptable by the merchant or found to be inactivated and not redeemable, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase or replaced by the same or equivalent valued eGift Card.

Plastic Gift Cards and Movie Ticket Passes purchased may be returned for a full refund if the product is not accepted at the merchant or found to be inactivated and not redeemable. The card must be returned in new condition and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase or replaced by the same or equivalent valued plastic gift card or movie pass.
